Our founders are a group of former executive level Army officers who, during the transformation in government initiatives in the 1990’s, quickly identified those things that prevent organizations from harnessing the continual power of transformational change. 

Access to “best talent” at affordable prices, behavior adaptation focused on peak performance and “benchmark and bottom line” thinking always are stumbling blocks,  but are most challenging in government and small business.  This focus provides the foundation and definition of our thinking.
